📝 Instructions:Read the original advert or brochure statements. Complete the complaint letter by writing one or two words in each gap to report what was promised.
  1. ADVERT: “The machine is easy to operate”. ⇒ The advert said that the machine easy to operate.
  2. ADVERT: “The boots will last a long time.” ⇒ The advert said that the boots a long time.
  3. BROCHURE: “You will see monkeys in the rainforest.” ⇒ The brochure stated that we monkeys in the rainforest.
  4. ADVERT: “The head torch comes with batteries.” ⇒ The advert stated that the head torch with batteries.
