Effective date: August 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Total Dev website, learning portal, courses, lessons, assessments, downloadable materials, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Total Dev is operated from the Republic of Armenia and is referred to in these Terms as "Total Dev", "we", "us", or "our".
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.
The Services provide educational content and tools for personal learning and professional development. Course descriptions, prerequisites, expected outcomes, access periods, and included materials are displayed on the applicable course page.
We work to keep content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee any examination result, certification, employment, income, promotion, or other particular outcome. Certificates of completion, where offered, confirm completion of our stated requirements and are not an accredited academic degree or professional licence unless expressly identified otherwise.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access purchased or enrolled course content for your own educational use during the stated access period.
You may not:
Prices, currencies, taxes, included features, and access periods are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. The legal seller, payment methods, taxes, billing terms, and any additional buyer terms will be identified during checkout.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method. We do not store complete payment-card details. We may correct pricing or product-description errors before completing a transaction and will not charge a corrected amount without the authorization required by law.
The refund and cancellation terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. Requests may be handled by the payment provider or merchant of record identified on your receipt. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country.
For digital content made available immediately, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge any effect this has on a statutory withdrawal right. Any such acknowledgement will be collected separately at checkout where required.
You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as comments, answers, assignments, or profile information. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
You must not use the Services to:
We may remove content or restrict activity that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or safety risk.
The Services, including their software, design, branding, course materials, videos, text, graphics, and assessments, are owned by Total Dev or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
The Services may rely on third parties for payment processing, authentication, hosting, video delivery, email, analytics, and other functions. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy notice. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is provided as a notice and is not consent to receive optional marketing communications.
We may update the Services and course content, correct errors, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid course access during an advertised access period. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay an amount due, created risk or harm, or where required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Dev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Courts with jurisdiction in the Republic of Armenia will hear disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or business practices. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.
Questions, complaints, and legal notices concerning these Terms may be submitted through our Contact page.
