Dear Mr Brindley,

I would like to apologize my behaviour which caused a customer to make a complaint last Friday. I realize that I inattentive and that it was wrong of me my duties. The customer had to make a complaint because there was for my laziness.

Thank you for inviting me to share my experience of the incident. I was working the late shift from 8pm – 1am at the hotel. However, I had a college assignment to do and I that I was working on that while working at reception. When a guest arrived, I asked him to wait while I finished a paragraph, and I made him about 5 minutes. I realize that this is unacceptable and I you that it will not happen again.

Please accept my sincere apologies.

Yours sincerely,

Katie Wykes
